Visa Germany - Visa Application for Germany
- Diplomas certified (Depending on the university, they might to be translated but this is always to be checked case by case)
- Copy of passport certified
- Motivation letter (needs to be in German)
- CV (needs to be in German)
- Passport size picture for application
- All certificated if available for foreign languages
- Please indicate which city you would like to study
Please note:
These documents will be send to the university which will check and let us know if Studienkolleg is required and issue us a confirmation in case it is positive. The application period is only from middle of May to middle of July in most universities but a small number also have another application process in winter time.

- This form must be filled it in on your computer
- You must provide your home address and e-mail address.
- Print out two copies of the application form (one of the copies is for your records).
- The application form to open an account must be signed by both of your parents in the presence of an embassy official. Together with your authorized representative, hand in the completed application form to the German embassy in person. Please also bring along your passport, the passports of your authorized representatives and, if available, a letter of confirmation which you can from us.
- A passport copy certified by the embassy
- Then you send it to me together with the authorization form (it is attached) and I will send it to the bank which will open the account and contact your client directly.
Please note:
If the applicant is a minor, his / her parents need to go to the Germany Embassy in Colombia to do it in person so an official sees them sign it.
